The S2 Blu-ray had 266 changes in total. For comparison, S1 had 2,343, and S3 Part ane had 148. I used Sony Vegas to find all the differences between the TV and the BD version. Here are charts over how the changes are distributed across the episodes among more.

omg the blu ray version looks great! i was bothered past many static forest scenes in the tv version, and they improved them and so much by adding motion in the background and better lighting (like this ane)

The Italian Netflix uses blu ray version, in fact I never saw the beginning flavour TV version. And I'yard glad, because it'due south much better, especially the Levi's team expiry scene.

On FunimationNow you tin cull between the simulcast and uncut versions. (Simulcast is the Toonami version, unless it's the sub; uncut = BD)

The changes are good and noticeable when seen this way but virtually of them you wouldn't even observe the difference when watching, unless information technology's something equally big as Reiner's arm

I'm on mobile (using Reddit sync) and for some reason each comparison is playing every bit a video for me. The Tv set image shows for about 2 seconds and so blue ray image blinks super fast at the very end of the "video" before it goes dorsum to the Boob tube paradigm, so I tin can't see the differences XD
